Mark's new hobby

Mark has proudly announced that he is now a wood burner. I guess he's found his hobby for when he retires. He made this sign for his Dad's 70th birthday.  Keith had a pretty big smile on his face when he opened it.  I can't believe we pulled off the surprise of all of us being in Idaho for his 70th birthday last weekend.  It was fun and exhausting as gatherings in Idaho usually are.  It was nice to get a touch of fall finally, and even better to see all of the family.  We missed you Tera, Hannah, and Piper.  This is a saying that Keith would always say when they were on long road trips. Mark sanded the wood and bought a little wood burning tool and burned this into the wood. Then he stained it. He's very excited. I tried to talk him into vinyl lettering. When he finished he said "I'm so glad I didn't use the vinyl lettering cause this looks cooler". I'm glad too if he's found a new hobby that doesn't include a keyboard or a game controller. Or something that starts with Fantasy.
