Gardening

It is a little hard to get the gardening right down here in the harsh weather of Hell I mean southern Utah. Mark and I are better at gardening with things that need little attention. We are lucky that one of these things are artichokes. We planted 2 plants last year. They bloomed awesomely this year. We had Artichokes every night for dinner. The kids love them cause we dip them in butter. They also make a beautiful flower when you don't get them harvested quickly. Enjoy the pictures.
