Dane's Baptism 6 months ago....

I got a new camera for Christmas from my sweet husband. I didn't ask for this. As I was opening all the accessories he got for me he said "I thought this would be a good hobby for you." He showed me how there is this awesome button that makes it really easy to add pictures right to my blog. Ok Mark I get it, I'm updating my blog. I am excited for my new hobby. Can you believe Dane turned 8. I love this guy he's challenge me in so many ways. He is a good smart boy that knows how to push mom's buttons. Mom just needs to learn to ignore those buttons. We had fun at his baptism with lots of family coming to visit. All of my family was there we totaled 6 (that's not including my little family) Some of Mark's family was able to make it. There were 14 of them and that's not even all of them. I was happy to have everyone there in flesh and in spirit. I couldn't be more proud of Dane. A couple weeks ago we took him and his friend to see the lights at the St George Temple. He was so excited to explain everything to his little friend about the Christmas Story. His friend is not a member of our Church. Dane loved having him listen to the little presentation they give in the Christus room. I hope that he keeps that innocent love of sharing the Love of Christ with others. He is a great example to me.
